For the Climbing Wall, Giant Swing, and Low Zip there is no age limit, only that a participant can fit safely in a harness. For the High Ropes, High Zip Line, and Low Elements the age is 12 and older due to the physical and mental challenges. In some cases we may allow participants under the age of 12 if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. The maximum weight due to the physical nature of the elements is 250lbs.
You do not have to be a conditioned athlete to participate in our programs, although it is not called a ÒChallenge CourseÓ for nothing! It involves mental and physical challenges that could be very difficult for some. We do not recommend you use the Adventure elements if you have heart trouble or are pregnant.
Each activity varies because of height, physical ability, and mental decision making. See the descriptions on the Elements link for more accurate assessments.
We recommend wearing comfortable outdoor clothing, closed shoes or sport sandals (must have a strap around the heel, flip flops or crocks not allowed), and appropriate dress for the weather and for climbing trees. We also recommend bring less bulky indoor shoes for the climbing wall to help you climb and to help keep the wall clean. Gloves are recommended on cold days and for climbing trees but optional. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry such as bracelets, necklaces, rings etc. Please ensure you tie long hair back.
We are open year round, seven days a week, rain or shine. Most of our elements are run during daylight hours but some, like Battlefield Sports and the climbing wall can be done at night as well.
